How do I replace a disk?
1. Extend the Volume Group
#extendvg VolumeGroupName hdisk_new
2. Migrate the physical Volumes
#migratepv hdisk_bad hdisk_new
3. Reduce the Volume Group with disk with issues
#reducevg -d VolumeGroupName hdisk_bad
